Bobby “Rusty” Oliver Ratcliff, Jr., 49, of Port Neches, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Methodist Hospital in Houston. Born November 27, 1962, to Sherry Clark and Bobby Oliver Ratcliff, Sr. in Port Arthur, he was a lifelong resident of the area. Rusty was employed as an Optician for over eleven years. He enjoyed football, water skiing and loved listening to music.
Rusty is survived by his parents, Captain Bobby O. Ratcliff and Sherry Clark Ratcliff of Port Neches; sons, Corbet Clayton Ratcliff of Fort Worth , Bryce Paul Darder of Nederland and Trenton Bardi-Ratcliff of Florida; sister, Kecia Ratcliff of Sugar Land; and grandmother, Allie Vivian Clark of Silsbee.
His funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2011, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches. A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2011, at Broussard’s.
