Richard A. Frost, 77, of Beaumont, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont.
A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, Mr. Frost was born February 26, 1934, to Leona Henningson Frost and L.J. Frost. He was a retired Iron Worker with thirty-six years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Frost; daughters, Darlene Bundick, and Barbara Frost Wilson and her husband, Michael C. “Mickey” Wilson; grandsons, Jacob and Justin Bundick; granddaughter, Jennifer Frost Bennett and her husband, Chris Bennett; and great-grandsons, Blaine and Caden Bennett.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents; son and daughter-in-law, Richard Wayne and Kay Frost; and brother, Lemiuel “Jack” Jackson Frost, Jr.
A gathering of his family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 26, 2011, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to C.R. and Bubba Hughes, B.J. Metoyer, Kerry Williams; and caregivers, Emma Young, Priscilla Scott, Lena Davis, and Kendra Youmans; and to the nurses and staff of Harbor Hospice for their sincere care.
