Maria Lucila Martinez Gallegos, 51, of Cuidad Victoria, Tamaulipas, México, died Friday, December, 16, 2011, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth-Beaumont. Born on July 14, 1960, to Narcissa Villanueva and Pedor Gallegos, she had been a resident of Beaumont since 1991.
Survivors include her husband, Cruz Morales; daughter, Sofia Alvarez; grandson, Jair Hernandez, all of Beaumont; brother, Paulin Gallegos and his wife, Rayma Martinez, Jose Gallegos, Christian Jimenez, Miguel Zapata, Juan Carlos Zapata, Santos Zapata; cousin, Praxedes Gallegos and Sofia Villanueva, both of Beaumont; brother-in-law, Felipe Cruz Morales and his wife, Cele and their family, all of Beaumont; sister-in-laws, Gloria Jimenez and her husband, Efrin, Sofia Cruz and Florentina Cruz and their families; other family members include, Jose Luis Vera, Micaela Antonio, Roberto Antonio, Efrain Antonio and his family, Gregoria Antonio and her family, Carlos Antonio and his family, David Martinez and his family, Angelina Cruz Santiago and Jasmine Antonio de Martinez.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011, with a prayer service to begin at 6:30 p.m., at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
Her interment will take place in Mexico.
