Charlsie Mae Evans, 81, of Winnie died December 15, 2011, at the Arboretum of Winnie.   She was born February 19, 1930, in Rosedale to Charles and Gwenllian Jepson Will.   Charlsie is survived by her son, Frank Evans, Jr. of Winnie; sister, Alice Jordan of Beaumont;  and caregiver, Anna Chavez of Winnie.   She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Frank Evans, Sr.   Funeral service will be Noon, Saturday, December 17, 2011, at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, in Winnie, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 4955 Park in Beaumont. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, December 16, 2011, at the Broussard’s.
