Evelyn Kay Robichaux, 65, of Lumberton died Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at her residence in Lumberton.
She was born in San Augustine and was a graduate of Nederland. Evelyn had lived in the Lumberton area for forty years and was a bookkeeper.
She is survived by her husband, James Robichaux; children, Chris Robichaux and his wife, Hether and Deanna Davis and her husband, Chad all of Lumberton; grandchildren, Isaac, Caleb, and Elijah Robichaux and Lexi and Cade Davis all of Lumberton; sister, Lona Dials of Salt Lake City, Utah; and brother, Lynn Sanders and his wife, Madeleine of Lumberton.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Juanita Sanders.
Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 2, 2011, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee with burial to follow at Antioch Cemetery in Buna. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, December 1, 2011, 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
