She was born September 23, 1948, in Ville Platte, Louisiana, to Ferna Mae Deshotel George and Jimmy A. George, and had been a resident of Woodville since 1997. She was a restaurant manager at Rayburn Country Club.

Survivors include her sons, Dan Dick of Aubrey, Tory Clement of Sterling, Virginia, and Benjamin Clement of Groves; daughter, Chantel Williamson of Woodville; stepmother, Faye George of Vidor; sisters, Sylvia Snowden and Joy Miller both of Jasper; brother, Jack George of Eunice, Louisiana; and six grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A family committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
