Grace Bush Anderson

Grace Bush Anderson, 73, of Nederland, died Saturday, November 12, 2011.  Born August 11, 1938, to Mary Elizabeth Parrish and Duey Bush in Laurel, Mississippi, she was a resident of the Mid-County area since 1967.  Grace was a retired nurse and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Nederland.  She enjoyed attending church, visiting with friends and neighbors on the front porch, cooking, and raising flowers.   Grace is survived by her husband, Hill Anderson of Nederland; daughter, Sue Anderson of Sour Lake; sister, Ouida Dearman of Laurel Mississippi; sons, Jarrell Anderson and Paul Anderson, both of Nederland; grandchildren, Jill Caillier, Chris Catalina, Candace Sauls , Cory Anderson; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.   She is preceded in death by her parents.  

Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service, Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Broussard’s.  A family committal will be held later in Laurel, Mississippi.
