Bobbie Jeannette Kay, 67, of Vidor died Friday, July 15, 2011 at her residence.
Bobbie has lived in the area for fifteen years and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her companion, Allen Gentry; daughters, Judy Marie, Mary Halbert and her husband Kevin, Bobbie Lewis and her husband Larry, Peggy Lewis and her husband Dewayne, and Rachel Marie and her husband Charles; sons, Bo Holden and his wife Debbie, Casey Holden and his wife Karla, Lee Holden, and Terry Kay and his fiancé Misty Escagne; twenty-one grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Sue Holden and her husband Cecil, Billie Ann Hock and her husband Leroy, and Brenda Verrett and her husband Dennis; and brother, Marvin J. Atwood, Jr. and his wife Debbie.
Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin J. Atwood, Sr. and Julia Katherine Harvill Atwood; husband, Jerry R. Kay; and grandson, Alec W. Kay.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2011, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee with burial to follow at New Hope Cemetery in Warren.
