He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Sandra Carter of Fannett; brother, Duke Carter and his wife Jeannette of Liberty; nieces Sarah and Alexis; nephew Trevor; grandmother, Mrs. J. M. Evans of Fannett; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cremation was handled through Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive in Winnie.
