Teddy Nolan Johnson, 66, of Port Neches died February 12, 2011, at Renaissance Hospital in Groves. She was born March 31, 1944, in Port Arthur and lifetime resident of the area. Teddy was the daughter of Mildred and Kenneth Nolan. She was a 1962 graduate of T. J. High School and went on to Lamar Port Arthur College to earn an Associate’s degree. Teddy retired after thirty-five years of service from Texaco. She enjoyed shopping, playing cards at the Eagles, going to the movies and traveling with her daughter. She is described as dignified, smart, classy, witty, and giving. She was an amazing mother and loyal friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Joanna Elizabeth Johnson; lifelong friends, JoAnn Falgout and Kecia Huff Gillum, and Roberto Sgueglia.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland.
