Anthony J. Tascione

Anthony J. Tascione, 83, of Beaumont, died Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.   He was born March 28, 1927, in Girard, Ohio, to Frances Mozzillo Tascione and Carmen Tascione. Anthony served his country in the United States Army during World War II and retired as the Superintendent of heavy equipment for International Mill Service.   Survivors include his wife of fifty years, Betty L. Tascione of Beaumont; son, Anthony Tascione, Jr. of Beaumont; daughter, Angela Renee’ Arvizo and her husband Jesse of Orangefield; grandsons, Antonio Arvizo and Jace Arvizo; brothers, James Tascione and Carmen Tascione, Jr.; and sisters, Agnes Kermec and Clara “Rella” Racketa.   He is preceded in death by his brother, Frank Tascione; sister, Mary Flaviani; and grandson, Michael Anthony Geraci.  

Cremation arrangements are held under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, with a family committal service to be held at a later date.
