Francis "MawMaw" Cecil Alexander

Francis C. “MawMaw” Alexander, 85, of Nederland died January 3, 2011 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur. Born May 12, 1925 in Woodville, Texas, Mrs. Alexander was a lifelong resident of Nederland. Life revolved around her family and she loved being with family. There was always a pot of coffee going and she was ready to visit at all times.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Kay Folse and her husband Craig of Port Neches; grandchildren, Rachel Ann Mayer, Lauren Kay Mayer and Krista Danielle Mayer; and great grandchildren, Kyndon B. Fuselier and Landon R. Gestring. She was preceded in death by her husband, Worley Alexander; and grandson, Joshua D. Folse.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at Memory Gardens in Nederland under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland.
