Peggy Joyce Moore, 81, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at Collier Park. She was born on March 21, 1929 to Myrtle Pendergrass and Berry Smith in Throckmorton, Texas.
Survivors include her husband, Benjamin K. Moore of Beaumont; daughter, Brenda Hartman and her husband Mike of Fulshear; son, Berry Moore and his wife Brenda of China; brother, Ben Charles Smith and his wife Joy of Denton; grandchildren, Tammi Catlett, Christine Burdloff, Brandon Hartman and Mandi Michaelson; and eight great grandchildren.
Peggy is preceded in death by her brother, Durwood Smith.
Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 1, 2011, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, with burial to follow at China Cemetery, under the direction of Broussard’s.
