Raymond G. Wolcott

Raymond G. Wolcott, 79, of Kountze, died Thursday, November 25, 2010, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont.   A native and lifelong resident of Kountze, Raymond was born January 27, 1931, to Fannie Revia and Carlton Wolcott.  He was retired with Trunkline Gas and was a United States Army veteran.   Survivors include his wife, Nelda Wolcott of Kountze; daughter, Linda Wolcott of Kountze; son, David Wolcott of Silsbee; and grandchildren, Christy Blair of Kountze, Brandon Wolcott and Lauren Wolcott both of Silsbee.   His graveside service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November  28, 2010, at Holland Cemetery in Village Mills under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.  A gathering of his family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010, at Broussard’s.   Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Kountze, 100 Monroe, Kountze, Texas 77625.
