Cynthia Beth Long, 47, of Nome, died Thursday, November 11, 2010, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont. Born August 16, 1963, in Beaumont to Cecille Smith and Jay Long, Cynthia had been a longtime resident of the Beaumont area.
Survivors include her children, Jeremy Johnson, Lindsey Johnson and Brandon Fontenot all of Nome; her father, Jay Long and her mother, Cecille Long both of Nome; and her brother, Jay Long, Jr. of San Francisco, California.
A memorial service for Cynthia will be held at a later date at the Long Farm in Nome. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
