Nick worked in the Oilfield industry his entire life.  He first worked for Gulf Oil Company, now Chevron, for twenty-five years.  He later moved to Victoria, and co-owned and operated Texwell Inc. from 1976 thru 1989.  He retired from Sparkman Industries in 2005.  His career took him to Texas, Louisiana, and Venezuela.  After retirement, he enjoyed his cattle and his dogs, and spending time outdoors.

Nick is survived by his wife, Jackie Toloudis; daughters, Lindy Landrum of Victoria, Laura Thibodeaux of San Antonio, Joan Thibodeaux of Austin; son, Todd Thibodeaux of Victoria; sister, Violet Bordes of LaBelle; brothers, Jerome Toloudis of Kingwood, and Gus Toloudis of LaBelle; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Lynn Cappel and Mira Thibodeaux; and sons, Daryl Thibodeaux and Robert Murry.

His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 13, 2010, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Ryan Murry, Jason Cappel, Joseph McGary, Chris Landrum, Tanner Thibodeaux and Tyler Thibodeaux serving as pallbearers.  Jimmy Toloudis, Kip Toloudis, Scott Toloudis, Todd Toloudis, Nicky Toloudis, Ronald Bordes and Robert Bordes will serve as honorary pallbearers.  A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 12, 2010, at Broussard’s.
