Doris Riley, 82, of Beaumont, died Thursday, September 30, 2010, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont.
Born October 2, 1927, in Beaumont to Sophie and Joseph Maida, Doris had been a lifelong resident of the Beaumont area. She was a retired nurse.
Survivors include her sons, Jay Riley and his wife Susan of Beaumont, Pat Riley and his wife Cathy of Lumberton; daughters, Kathy Rogers and her husband David of Beaumont and Colleen Leviner of Lumberton; grandchildren, Chris Riley, Tiffany Rogers, Kim McKinstry, Adam Bills, David Bills, Matt Riley, Cortney Bartee, Kristin Baker and Zachary Leviner; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jason J. Riley, Jr.; and six brothers and sisters.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2010, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Broussard’s.
