Evelyn Lillian “Nana” Tumminello, 90, of Beaumont died Wednesday, September 29, 2010, in Silsbee.
She was born in Hemphill, Texas and had lived in the area most her life where she was a housewife.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Patty Witte and her husband Larry of Houston and Sam Tumminello and his wife Kay of Silsbee; grandchildren, Trey Witte and his wife Amy of Houston, Kerrie Steger and her husband Matt of Houston, Nikki Spikes and her husband Mike of Beaumont, and Brian Tumminello and his wife Heather of Lumberton; eight great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sam Tumminello; parents, John and Bessie Winger; and eight siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 2, 2010, at St. Pius X Church, 5075 Bigner Road, Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, October 2, 2010, 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
