James Timothy Crum, 53, of Beaumont, died Thursday, July 8, 2010, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of the Beaumont area; James was born August 12, 1956, to Betty Cook and Floyd M. Crum. He was in Law Enforcement with Jefferson County Adult Probation.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis L. Crum of Beaumont; children, Kenya N. Berding and her husband Eric of Houston, Baylin W. Crum, James T. Crum II and Karen M. Crum all of Beaumont; grandchildren, Ivy, Lydia and Regan; father, Floyd M. Crum of Fannett; brothers, Tommy Crum, Richard Crum and Alan Crum; and sister, Bettie Price.
His mother, Betty Crum preceded him in death.
A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
