Victor T. LaRocca, 78, of Beaumont, died Thursday, April 8, 2010, at Harbor Hospice. A native of St. Rose, Louisiana and a resident of Beaumont for most of his life, Victor was a retired electrician for the Electricians Local 479 and the Neches Electric Company. He was a member of American Rose Society and W.B.C.C.I.
His son, Tim LaRocca preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Lotus LaRocca; sons, Mark LaRocca and his wife Sherrie of Lumberton, Philip LaRocca and his wife Kim of Austin, and Pat LaRocca and his wife Becky of Beaumont; daughters, Paula LaRocca of Pearland, and Lisa Blanchard and her husband Jay of China, Texas; brothers, Sam LaRocca of Lumberton and Nick LaRocca of Beaumont; sisters, Charlotte Raybon of Orange and Mary Elizabeth King of Katy; grandchildren, Jeffry LaRocca, Kasey LaRocca, Jennifer Leleux, Chris Kingrey, , Christy Norsworthy, Ryan LaRocca, Chad Blanchard, and Lorin Blanchard; and great-grandchildren, Gage and Wyatt Leleux.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 12, 2010, at St. Pius X Catholic Church with interment to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A gathering of his family and friends will be 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 11, 2010, with a Christian Vigil beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Broussard’s.
