Margaret B. Berchinsky, 93, of Beaumont, died Friday, April 9, 2010, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.  Born October 19, 1916, in Brooklyn, New York to Annie Singlar and Andrew Berchinsky, and had been a resident of the Beaumont area for twenty-five years.  She was a retired Register Nurse with St. Vincent Hospital in New York.

Survivors include her sister, Helen M. Rigely; nephew, George A. Rigely; and nieces, Lynne M. Anderson and Barbara Dibartolomeo.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Berchinsky and Ann Salepa.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 12:00 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2010, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 2715 Calder, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium.
