Carl Joseph “Tootie” Reeves, 14 months, infant son of Helen Darlene Martin Barnes and John J. Mitchel, passed away Friday, March 19, 2010, at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.
His grandparents, William and Helen Martin preceded him in death.
Carl is survived by his mother and father; step-sister, Pam Pelt; step-brothers, Richard and Joey Pelt; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 22, 2010, at Haven of Rest Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin. A gathering of his family and friends will be 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Broussard's.
