Dana
Lee Adams, 55, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, December 28, 2016. She was born on
May 1, 1961, in Beaumont, to Doris Reid McCauley and Edward Conway McCauley.
Dana was employed with Mobil Oil Credit Union for many years. She was a loving
mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
Dana
is survived by her daughter, Shelby Calhoon and her husband, Jeff; grandchildren,
Jeffery Calhoon and Nora Calhoon; and mother, Doris McCauley, all of Beaumont;
brothers, James Patton of Beaumont and Edward McCauley and his wife, Marcia, of
Evadale; nephews, Jake McCauley of Conroe; Shane Wilkinson and his wife, Amber,
of Evadale; Kyle Adams and his wife, Melinda; and
Blake Adams; nieces, Crystal Jones and her husband, Keith, of Bridge City;
Amber Wilkinson of Evadale and Kerby Waghorn and her husband, Michael; and
ex-husband, John Earl “Wolf” Adams, of Jewett.
She
is preceded in death by her father, Edward Conway McCauley; son, Derrick Wade
Adams; and daughter, Courtney Danielle Adams.
A
gathering of Ms. Adams’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m., Friday, January 6, 2017, at Broussard’s. 1605 North Major Drive,
Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 7, 2017, at
Woodland Baptist Church, 1860 West Lucas, Beaumont, with her interment to
follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.

If you knew Mama there
is nothing I can write to explain her any better. She loved her family,
friends, and God. Everyone has their own memories to cherish and I hope you do.
I love you mama. God gained an amazing angel. You take care of bubba and sissy
