Robert Paul Foster

Robert Paul Foster died on Monday, December 5, 2016, in Beaumont, Texas. As a long term resident, he was born in Key West, Florida, December 23, 1955.

Paul graduated from Lamar University, earning two degrees with Summa Cum Laude honors. He later worked for Exxon Mobil and other major companies as an accountant and “high tech” problem solver.

Paul was a cat lover, especially Roscoe, his little buddy. He enjoyed playing the guitar and music of different genres, and also enjoyed playing golf. Paul loved to cook and trying different flavorings of fine quality foods. He was the “man to call” when experiencing computer and other electronic device problems.

Survivors include his parents, Garner and Chloe Foster of Hillsboro, Texas; his loving wife of thirty-eight years, Lisa Morris Foster of Beaumont, Texas; and son, Ryan Prescott Foster of Corpus Christi, Texas.

A gathering of Mr. Foster's family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2016, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, followed by cremation.
