Etta
Agnes Lyda, 89, died Monday, October 24, 2016 at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She
was born on February 4, 1927 in Port Arthur to Delta Yentzen Heriard and Felix
Heriard, and was a longtime resident of Beaumont.
Etta
is survived by her children, Dan DiStefano, of Warren; Deborah Scott, of Kerrville,
Mary St. Louis, of Sulphur, Louisiana, Molly Orihuela, of Beaumont; Mark DiStefano
and Matt DiStefano, both of Port Arthur, and Ann DiStefano, of Houston; six
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She
is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Lyda.
A
memorial service for Mrs. Lyda will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 28, 2016,
at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m.,
at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, 618 Block Street, Port Neches.
