Murphy Terence Thompson, 50, of Kountze, died Sunday,
October 2, 2016. He was born on March 13, 1966, in Roatan, Honduras,
to Sheila Jackson and Orville Thompson.
Survivors include his wife, April Lynn-Thompson; child,
Kyler Thompson, both of Kountze; mother, Sheila Jackson of Keller; father, Orville
Thompson of Honduras, and brother, Craig Thompson and his wife, Amanda, of Nederland.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Zita and Hano Jackson.
A gathering of Mr. Thompson's family and friends will be
from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at Broussard's,
530 West Monroe, Kountze. His memorial service will be at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday,
October 12, 2016, at Broussard's.
