Mary Lou Norman

Mary Lou Norman, 87, of Nederland, died Saturday, October 1, 2016. She was born on August 30, 1929, in Arkansas, to Louise Brigham Bass and Carl Hollis Bass. Mary Lou enjoyed her family and loved cooking for them.

Survivors include her sons, William “Bill” Wallace Norman, Jr. and his wife, Cindy, of Beaumont and Tim Norman and his wife, Cindy, of Port Arthur; and grandchildren, William Garrett Norman, Emily Louise Norman, and Josh Norman and his wife, Kayla.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wallace Norman, Sr.; parents; and brothers, Carl and Joe Bass.

A gathering of Mrs. Norman’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 3, 2016, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
