Erica Pauline Keprta

Erica Pauline Keprta, 57, of Beaumont, died Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Silsbee Oaks, Silsbee. She was born on May 14, 1959, to Patricia Stuber Keprta and William Keprta, in Wharton. Erica was a wonderful athlete and active in the Special Olympics. She was a fan of the Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys.

Survivors include her mother, Patricia Keprta of Beaumont; brothers, Sean Keprta and his wife, Kathie, of League City; Joel Keprta of San Leon; and Colin Keprta and his wife, Kelly, of Cypress; adopted sister, Barbara Riley of Kountze; nephew, Nathaniel Keprta; and host of relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, William Keprta.

A funeral service for Miss Keprta will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Following her service all are invited to a celebration of life luncheon in the parish hall at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont. A family graveside service will be held at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
