Harold Wayne McIntyre, 63, of Silsbee, died Monday, August 22, 2016.  He was born on January 27, 1953, in Hugo, Oklahoma, to Jewel Spurlock McIntyre and L.D. McIntyre.  Harold had worked and retired from Santa Fe Railroad.  Harold was a Master Mason of Silsbee Masonic Lodge #927, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons.

 

Survivors include his sons, Clay McIntyre and his wife, Wendi, of Silsbee; and Adam McIntyre and his wife, Kellie, of Jasper; grandchildren, Anthony Roark; Taylor Kilpatrick and her husband, John; and Emily McIntyre, all of Silsbee; Alanna McIntyre of Jasper; Piper McIntyre of Silsbee; and Leeland  and Karlie McIntyre, both of Jasper; great-grandchildren, Raelee and Raegan Roark; father, L.D. McIntyre and his wife, Margie; brother, Tommy McIntyre and his wife, Dolly; and sister, Shirley Cook, all of Silsbee; nieces and nephews, Tommy McIntyre, Jr.; Curtis McIntyre and his wife, Jada; and Joseph Cook and his wife, Haley; Uncle Harold’s Butterbean, Addison; numerous other nieces and nephews; and other brothers and sisters, John Brewer, Jr., Kathy Brewer, Jimmy Brewer, Cindy Brewer, and Charles Brewer and his wife, Michelle.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Jewel “Judy” Spurlock McIntyre; and sisters, Sharon Erickson and Brenda Salter.

 

A gathering of Mr. McIntyre’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2016, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Cunningham Cemetery, Silsbee.
