Bruce Elza Ogden, 64, of
Winnie, died Thursday, August 4, 2016. He was born on December 7, 1951, to
Honor E. McClendon Ogden and Joseph Pinter Ogden, Jr., in Crockett.
Bruce was a United States
Army veteran and enjoyed fishing. He retired as a technician/operator in the
pipeline industry.
Survivors include his
brother, Jay Ogden and his wife, Priscilla, of Conroe; sister, Stella Flores of
Austin; and grandson, Tyler Ogden of Beaumont.
He was preceded in death by
his parents; and wife, Rita Ogden.
A gathering of Mr. Ogden’s
family and friends will be 12:00 p.m., with his funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2016,
at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Road, Winnie. His interment will follow at
Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
