Thomas Paul Storlie

Thomas Paul Storlie, 70, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston. He was born on June 27, 1946, to Muriel Hanson Storlie and Orrin Storlie, in Rochester, Minnesota, and was a United States Marine Corps Vietnam combat veteran. Thomas retired as a restaurant manager.

Survivors include his daughters, Amy Broussard and her husband, Scott and Lana Garza and her husband, Christopher, all of Beaumont; granddaughters, Abby Broussard and Bella Garza; and sister, Gretchen Giles of Bryan.

He is preceded in death by his wife of forty-six years, Carolyn Kay Storlie and one sister, Suzanne Bowman.

A family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A burial of Mr. and Mrs. Storlie’s cremated bodies will be held at Houston National Cemetery at later date.
