Helen Janice Neff, 64, of  Ivanhoe, died Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Christus Hospital - St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. She was born on June 5, 1952, in Liberty, to Vivian "Peachie" Hart Ramsey. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and wife.

Survivors include her children, Vonda Marie DuBose and her husband, Glen, of Dayton; Vivian Lee of Woodville; and Chris Neff and his wife, Mandy, of Silsbee; grandchildren, Airrick Lee of Woodville; Hope Lasyone of Dayton; Jordan Lasyone of Dayton; and Mason Neff of Silsbee; siblings, Linda Anderson and her husband, Dwight, of Kountze; Theresa Cowart and her husband, Don, of Arlington; Toni Freeman of Ronlette; J.R. Ramsey and his wife, Yolanda, of Dallas; and Reverend Grady Hart and his wife, Punkin, of Daisetta; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother; husband of forty years, Keith Neff; and sister, Rhonda Ramsey.

A gathering of Mrs. Neff's family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with her funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2016, at Broussard's, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. Her interment will follow at William Hart Cemetery, Kountze.
