Sherrie Ione LaCour

Sherrie Ione LaCour, 81, of Wildwood, died Thursday, July 7,
2016, at Serenity Assisted Living
Center, Beaumont. She was born on March 26, 1935, in
Choate, to Sadie Mae Gordon and Seth Thomas Hunt.
Survivors include her children, Tom LaCour and his wife,
Linda, of Victoria; and Suzanne Thornell and her husband, Andrew, of Wildwood;
grandchildren, Deborah Irby and her husband, Robert, Irvine, California; Ashley
Kellogg and her husband, Zak, of Beaumont; and Corban Thornell and his wife,
Rachel, of El Paso; great-grandchildren, Emily Irby; Reese Irby; Clara Kellogg;
Julia Kellogg; and Ava Kellogg; and brothers, Wesley Hunt and his wife, Carla,
of Baytown; and Bruce Hunt and his wife, Peggy, of Victoria.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband,
Loyd "Bubba" Gibert LaCour.
A memorial gathering for Mrs. LaCour's family and
friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., on Monday, July 11, 2016, at Wildwood Baptist Church,
98 Wildwood Drive,
Village Mills. Her committal will be held at Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont
