Emmett Branch

Emmett Branch, 94, of Beaumont, died Friday, July 1, 2016. He was born on June 3, 1922, in Jefferson City, Missouri, to Helen Smith Branch and Emmett Mortimer Branch, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont. Emmett was a United States Army Corps veteran, having served in World War II. He was a retired inside salesperson with the oil industry, and later retired in 1987, from Norvell Wilder Supply of Beaumont.

Emmett is survived by his son, Kevin Branch, of Beaumont; daughter, Connie Branch, of Montgomery; and grandchildren, Chandler Branch and Logan Branch.

A gathering of Mr. Branch’s family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m., with his memorial service at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A private committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
