James Michael Kaiser

James Michael Kaiser, 45, of Port Arthur, died Friday, June 17, 2016. He was born on April 8, 1971, in Port Arthur, to Karen Ann Guilbeaux Kaiser and James Charles Kaiser.

James has a passion for powerlifting. He represented the United States in Russia while still in high school for powerlifting. James loved family gatherings. He always wanted his family to be happy. James loved eating steaks, barbeque, and crawfish. His favorite thing to do was getting the largest cup of tea he could find.

Survivors include his wife, Heather Kaiser of Port Arthur; son, Jordan James Kaiser of Austin; daughter, Samantha Rose Kaiser of Nederland; mother, Karen Ann Kaiser; sister, Jeannie Marie Johnson and her husband, Chad, of Nederland; niece, Alexis Faith Johnson; and nephews Preston Joseph Johnson and Carson James Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Charles Kaiser; and grandmother, Rose Lois Guilbeaux.

A gathering of Mr. Kaiser’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
