John "Jack" Joseph Doyle IV

John (Jack) Joseph Doyle IV, 66,
of Winnie, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016, at Dubuis Hospital of
Beaumont. He was born on July 31, 1949, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Anna
Hyland Doyle and John Joseph Doyle III, and had been a longtime resident of the
area.
Jack served two tours in Vietnam as a Navy Seal before
becoming a Boilermaker for forty years. His passion for sports led him to
coach softball teams for all three of his daughters, and one of his favorite pastimes was watching the Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins with his son.
Jack is survived by his beloved wife, Judith Doyle; and son,
John Doyle V, both of Winnie; daughters, Melinda Doyle, of Washington, DC,
Jacqueline Doyle, of Port Arthur, and Jessica Arthurton, of Athens,
Georgia; grandchildren, Samantha and Olivia Arthurton; and sisters,
Carol Bury and Joan Doyle, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and
Diane Tarity, of Saratoga, New York; as well his nieces, nephews and many
friends.
A memorial service for Mr. Doyle will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday,
June 1, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His private
family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
