Daniel Maxwell

Daniel Maxwell, 54, of Silsbee, died Tuesday, May 17, 2016.  He was born on March 21, 1962, in Queens, New York, to Carol Healy Maxwell and Francis Maxwell.

Daniel grew up in Sayville, New York and attended Sayville High School.  He later worked as a cable worker.

Survivors include his wife, Jean Thompson of Silsbee; children, Daniel Maxwell, Jr. of Florida; Kimberly Maxwell of Italy; Alexandra Lalley of Florida; and Angela Porwick Maxwell of Bayport, New York; grandchild, Boone Grayson; mother, Carol Wetherbee; siblings, Valarie Wetherbee of Atlanta, Georgia; Michael Maxwell and his wife, Teresa, of Valdosta, Georgia; Anne Daniello and her husband, Anthony, of West Islip, New York Jane Kennedy of Atlanta, Georgia; Susan Fleetwood and her husband, Michael, of Richmond, Virginia; Marygrace Navarro and her husband, Diego, of Atlanta, Georgia; Brenda Wright and her husband, John, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Donald Wetherbee, Jr. and his wife, Heather, of Holbrook, New York; numerous nieces and nephews; and a large extended family.  He is preceded in death by his father; sister, Margret Wetherbee; and stepfather, Donald Wetherbee.

A memorial service for Mr. Maxwell, will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
