Betty
Steele, 89, of Beaumont, died Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Pelican Bay Assisted
Living, Beaumont. She was born on November 30, 1926, to Thelma and William Cruinkshank.
She married John Steele on February 18, 1947, and were married for 49 years.
She
is survived by her daughter, Claudia LeBlanc; grandchildren, Debra Nolte,
Phillip LeBlanc, and Pam Deleat; and ten great-grandchildren.
A
gathering of Mrs. Steele’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00
p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at Oak
Bluff Memorial Park, 101 Block Street, Port Neches.
