Marilyn Jeanette Eddins

Marilyn Jeanette Eddins, 80, of Kountze, died Friday, May 6, 2016.  She was born on November 2, 1935, in Mont Belvieu, to Mittie Simpson Flowers and Emmett Flowers. 

Survivors include her children, Eddie Eddins of Honey Island; Annette Rosco and her husband, Ken, of Spring; and Clark Eddins and his wife, Christi, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Jessica Mullinix and her husband, Brent, of Raywood; Seth Eddins and his wife, Courtney, of Honey Island; and Hunter Eddins and Kyndal Eddins, both of Lumberton; great-grandchildren, Briggs Mullinix of Raywood and Hadley Eddins of Honey Island; grand dog, Ginger Belle; step children, Cheryl Munson of Houston; Tina Davis and her husband, Don, of Vidor; and Pam Vincent and her husband, Paul, of Beaumont.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and husbands, W.D. Eddins and Samuel Mobley.

A gathering of Mrs. Eddins' family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1600 South Pine Street, Kountze, under the direction of Broussard's, Kountze.  Her interment will follow at Holland Cemetery, Kountze.
