Thomas Billy Ray Dulaney

Thomas “Billy” Ray Dulaney, 83, of Silsbee, died Thursday, May 5, 2016.  He was born on October 1, 1932, in Fred, to Alice Fuller Dulaney and Emery Dulaney.  Mr. Dulaney served his country in the United States Army and later retired from American Value and Hydrant.

Survivors include his children, Mike Dulaney and his wife, Reba, of Jasper and Matt Dulaney and his wife, Jody, of Silsbee; grandchildren, Kirby Dulaney and his wife, Vanessa, of Silsbee; Billy Joe Dulaney and his wife, Susannah, of Vidor; Lena Daws and her husband, Judson, of Nederland; Josh McLaughlin and his wife, Angela, and Codi Gray and her husband, Chris, all of Lumberton; Casey Dulaney and her fiancé, Bo Rice, of Beaumont; and Tucker Smith of Tyler; and eleven great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Ann Dulaney; brother, Clyde Dulaney; and sisters, Louise Burrows and Jeanette McClelland.

A gathering of Mr. Dulaney’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 7, 2016, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 8, 2016, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 8622 FM 418, Silsbee, with his interment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Silsbee.
