Darrell Gene Roberts

Darrell Gene Roberts,
76, of Winnie, died Thursday, April 7, 2016. He was born on September 19, 1939,
in Nederland, to Hattie Elizabeth Richter Roberts and Julius W. Roberts.
Darrell was a United
States Army veteran. He enjoyed gardening and fishing and was a very kind and
giving man.
Survivors include his
daughters, Pam Johnson and husband, Chris, of Port Neches and Amy Roberts of
Las Vegas, Nevada; son, Paul Roberts and his wife, Jill, of Port Neches;
grandchildren, Summer Johnson and Conrad and Katlyn Roberts; great-grandson,
Haigen Burch; and sister, Jo Anne.
A private family burial
for Mr. Roberts will be held at a later date, under the direction of
Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
