Emily
Joan French, 85, of Felicia, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Harbor Hospice,
Beaumont. She was born on August 5, 1930, in Austin, to Louise Bowles and
Oliver Eugene Olson.
Survivors
include her sons, John B. French, Jr. and his wife, Kay, of Felicia; Randy
French and his wife, Pam; daughter, Sandra Kotz and her husband, Stan, both of
Nome; sisters, Jean Gray of Moss Bluff; Judy Fackler of Beaumont; nine
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She
is preceded in death by her parents and husband, John B. French, Sr.
A
gathering of Mrs. French’s family and friends will be 1:00 p.m. until 2:00
p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive,
Beaumont. Her graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m., at Magnolia Cemetery,
2291 Pine Street, Beaumont.
