Marjorie Nell Pierce,
57, of Nederland, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She was born on February 23,
1959, in Beaumont, to Mable Mae Ancelette Dotson and Charlie Wade Dotson.
Survivors include her
children, James Pierce and Kayce Pierce both of Thibodeaux, Louisiana and
Trinity Melancon and her husband, Matthew, of Raceland, Louisiana; sisters,
Brenda Dodson and her husband, Jack and Deborah Beasley and her husband, Frank,
all of Nederland and Phyllis Nolan and her husband, Cregg of Ports Manfield;
and brother, James Dotson and his wife, Cindy, of Hemphill.
She is preceded in
death by her parents; and two brothers.
A graveside service for
Ms. Pierce will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2016, at Oak Bluff Memorial
Park, 101 Block Street, Port Neches, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505
North 12th Street, Nederland.
