Clifford
Hardie Wright, 97, of Vidor, died Saturday, February 20, 2016, at Dubuis
Hospital, Beaumont. He was born on May 12, 1918, in Ludington, Louisiana, to Lydia Kemper Wright and
Hardie Wright.
Clifford retired as a machinist for Gulf Oil Refinery.
Survivors
include his sons, Garland Wright and his wife, Judy, of Tyler; Lyndon Wright
and his wife, Cathy, of Conroe; and Merwyn Wright and his wife, Irene, of
Houston; and Ed Wright of Tyler; eight grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
A
gathering of Mr. Wright’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m., Monday, February 22, 2016, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue,
Beaumont. His funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 23,
2016, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park,
Groves.
