Bettye Martinka Ryan, 70, of Buffalo, died Saturday,
February 6, 2016. She was born on April 2, 1945, in Natchitoches,
Louisiana, to Nena Cotton
Martinka and J.T. Martinka, Jr.
Survivors include her sons, Kenny
Anderson and his wife, Dana, of Buffalo; Keith Anderson and his wife, Teresa,
of The Woodlands; Shane Franklin and his wife, Victoria, of San Antonio; and
Michael Ryan and his wife, Delaney, of Johnson City; twelve grandchildren;
siblings, Bernie Martinka and his wife, Genevia, of Leesville, Louisiana;
Sandra Boaden and her husband, John, of Bon Wier; Dottye Ricks of Wildwood; and
Steve Martinka and his wife, Kay, of Kountze; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Jeannie
Martinka.
Mrs. Ryan's graveside
service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at Old Hardin Cemetery,
Highway 326, Kountze, under the direction of Broussard's, Kountze.
