Bobby Taylor, Jr., 59, of
Silsbee, went to meet the Lord Sunday, January 24, 2016. He was born on December 31, 1956, in Liberty, to Francis
Burwick Taylor and Bobby Leroy Taylor, Sr. He was a member of Calvary
Missionary Baptist Church of Silsbee and loved spending time watching sports,
especially the Texas Longhorns, and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother,
Francis Taylor of Silsbee; brother, Rusty Taylor and his wife, Sharon, of
China; nieces and nephews, Bridgette May and her husband, Jamie, of Beaumont;
Eric Taylor and his wife, Heather, of Lumberton; Kevin Smith and his wife,
Jennifer, of Hutto; and Heather Edwards and her husband, Darron, of Beaumont;
great-nieces and nephews, Brayedin Edwards, Wayde Edwards, Paislee Edwards,
Ella May, Taylor May, Rosalind Smith, Baiyah Taylor, and Bryli Taylor; and
numerous cousins. He is preceded in
death by his father, Bobby Leroy Taylor, Sr.
A gathering of Bobby’s family and
friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at
Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1360 East Highway 327, Silsbee, under the
direction of Broussard’s, Silsbee. His
funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at the Church,
with his interment to follow at R.S.
Farmer Memorial
Park, Silsbee.
