LeBertha Mabry

LeBertha Mabry, beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.  The sun rose on May 14, 1918 and set on January 7, 2016.  LeBertha was born in, Ged, Louisiana, to Ellen Rousseau and Tresmon Miller.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy Smith and her husband, Levi, of Santa Fe; son, Charlie Mabry and his wife, Connie, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Dawn Butler, Shawn Chastain, Kellie Abshire, Dedra Sanders, Chris Mabry, and Mark Mabry; great-grandchildren, Denee, Kristen, Heather, Neil, Gainer, Ashley, Cody, and Kyle; and great-great-grandchildren, Natalie, Zoe, Raymond, Stephen, and Claire.

She is preceded in death by her siblings, Floyd Miller, Genevieve King, Ruth Cooper, and Orel Miller; husband, Albert Mabry; and parents.

A gathering of Mrs. Mabry’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 10, 2016, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.  Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 11, 2016, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
