Norris Earl Williams, 80, of Honey Island,
died, Wednesday, December 30, 2015. A
native and lifelong resident of Honey
Island, he was born on
November 14, 1935, to Farold Nolen Williams and Charlie Mack Williams. Norris retired with BASF Chemical as an
electrician. Survivors include his wife,
Carolyn Williams of Honey Island; son, Tanner Williams of Kountze;
stepchildren, Lisa Tousha and her husband, Rodney, of Honey Island; Becky
Broyles and her husband, Michael, of DeQuincy, Louisiana; and Chris Drake and
his wife, Shannon, of Kountze; grandchildren, Amber Byerly, John Morris, Ty Morris, Tiffany
Broyles, Dawson Broyles, Dillon Burress, and Jordan Burress; nine
great-grandchildren; and brother, Jerry Williams and his wife, Linda, of
Kountze. He is preceded in death by his
parents; and brother, Harry David Williams. A gathering of Mr. Williams'
family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 1,
2016, at Broussard's, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2015, at
Broussard's, with his interment to follow at Village Mills
Cemetery, Village Mills.
