Susan Dian Patton, 47, of Warren, died Monday, December 14, 2015.  She was born on November 15, 1968, in Galveston, to Mary Grace Mitchell Moore and L.D. Moore. 

Survivors include her husband, Todd Patton; children, Anthony Wynn “Tony” Patton and his wife, Chasity, of Warren, and Austin Matthew Patton; grandchildren, Arain Nicole Patton and Wynn Chester Patton; and brothers, David Lynn Moore and his wife, Kay and Roy Lynn Moore and his wife, Tina, all of Vidor.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of Mrs. Patton’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Jesus Name Apostolic Tabernacle, 120 FM 3290, Warren.  Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the church, with her interment to follow at Egypt Cemetery, Colmesneil.
