Allen
Joseph LeBlanc, Sr., 80, of Beaumont, died Friday, December 11, 2015, at
Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on September 18,
1935, to Louise Boudreaux LeBlanc and Gustav LeBlanc in Patoutville, Louisiana.
Allen was a CPA for over fifty-five years. He enjoyed bowling, playing golf,
hunting, fishing, and playing softball and volleyball. Allen was a religious, hard
working man who was strong and a good friend to his family, colleagues, and
clients.
Survivors
include his wife, Gloria Jean LeBlanc; mother of his children, Beth LeBlanc of
Corpus Christi; children, Allen Joseph LeBlanc, Jr. and his wife, Judy, of
Corpus Christi; Liz LeBlanc Howton and her husband, Carl, of Fannett; Robert
LeBlanc and his wife, Jann, of Jackson, Tennessee; Anita LeBlanc Bowles and her
husband, Ken, of Pagosa Springs, Colorado; Paul Anthony LeBlanc of Corpus
Christi; and Chris Mark LeBlanc of Beaumont; step-children, Michael Scott
Tschiedel of Port Arthur and Bobby Joe Love and his wife, Debrah, of Thicket;
nineteen grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren; and niece, Catherine
Colletli of Lumberton.
He
is preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers and sisters.
A
gathering of Mr. LeBlanc’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at
Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will
be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at St. Mary Catholic
Church, 9894 Gilbert Road, Fannett. A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday afternoon at Felps Cemetery, Felps Cemetery Road, Thicket.
